These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chalo Pro mobile application ("the App"), operated by Chalo Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Chalo Pro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store billing systems. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in the app store's refund policy.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Chalo Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores your CRM data primarily on your device, with optional cloud synchronization for paid subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chalo Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
